ENEXSA participates in the World Utilities Congress 2024, from September 16 to 18, 2024, in Abu Dhabi

Visit us at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center (ADNEC) in the UAE at stand 530 in hall 5.

Josef Petek, Manager Commercial Operations of ENEXSA, will be presenting at both, the Power Gen Theatre of the exhibition and the technical Conference with the following topics:

“Process simulation is the key to project success“
Tuesday September 17th, 11:40 – 12:00 at the Power Gen Theatre in Hall 5:

In order to create an optimal design for a new plant or the modification of an existing plant, the engineer must evaluate proposed designs across the entire range of expected operating conditions. The accurate prediction of plant capacity and fuel consumption under expected conditions for the next day or week is essential to mitigate the risk of overcommitting plant capacity and to miss taking action in case of performance issues.

“Development of a cloud-based fleet-wide settlement solution for SEC”
Tuesday September 17th, 14:00 – 15:40 in Session 14 of the Technical Conference in a joint paper with Giza Systems of Egypt and Saudi Electricity Company of Saudi Arabia:

A new approach was taken to develop a system architecture for integrating the fleet of power plants of Saudi Electric Company (SEC) into the scheme of power plants operating under an Energy Conversion Agreement (ECA) with the government-owned offtaker Saudi Power Procurement Company (SPPC). Switching from the classical on-premises solution with replica system at the offtaker as applied so far in independent power projects to a single, jointly used cloud-based settlement system offers the potential to reach a new level of digitalization with benefits in terms of flexibility, maintainability and transparency for this critical element in the transformation of the Saudi electricity market.
