To ensure maximum customer satis­faction and highest quality of our software solutions, ENEXSA applies rigorous software devel­opment and documen­tation guide­lines as part of our quality management system that is certified according to ISO 9001:2015.

In order to ensure that all customer require­ments are met, ENEXSA maintains continuous inter­action with our customers from project kick-off to site accep­tance testing. Every project is based on a detailed Functional Design Speci­fi­cation that is mutually agreed with the customer, and a rigorous Factory Accep­tance Test with the customer’s project manager makes sure that the software fulfils all require­ments before shipped to site.

Finally, the software system is installed and integrated at site and subjected to Site Accep­tance Tests under operating condi­tions. On-site user training and service contracts for software mainte­nance and technical user support ensure accep­tance and continuous use by the plant personnel.
